“Meieriet” is a documentary photography project about an abandoned dairy factory. Once a vital part of the local community, the building was left empty after production was moved elsewhere. Over time, it has become a forgotten space, filled with traces of its past. Through my photographs, I explore how economic shifts and centralization impact local industries and communities.
